Jonathan joined the company in May 2007 following 13 years of business management in general medical practices and, prior to that, 18½ years commissioned service in the Army (he attained the rank of Major and served variously in England, Ireland, Germany, Cyprus, Canada, and Belize). His wide ranging administrative and management skills make him an invaluable member of our Business Support Team which he has helped to expand and develop and now heads. He is also the Company Secretary.
Lisa joined the company in July 2008, bringing 10 years’ experience in administration and accounting to the post and providing essential administrative support to the company. In January 2013, she successfully applied to move into the revised and reformed Project Management Coordination Team where she now leads on many of the non-technical aspects of multiple projects management. She also continues with her important roles relating to the maintenance of our ISO 9001, OHSAS 18001, and ISO 14001 certification. In these fields she provides the focus, coordination, and audit review cycle responsibilities for all the documentation and registers that form the ongoing process of accreditation to those International Standards.
Kevin arrived in January 2013 following an 8 year career in the financial industry. Initially joining the Project Management Coordination Team he assisted in the continuing development of the project management systems and tools, working to further streamline the processes and improve management reporting functionality. This work culminated in the construction of two bespoke databases with which PetroStrat now manages its projects. After his successful application to become PetroStrat’s IT Manager, he took up this post at the beginning of January 2014 and is now responsible for all company IT security, strategy and assets. For the past 12 months he has been leading us in the development of new IT systems and their management, including a full network security overhaul, and he has been key to assisting the company progress in a wide range of IT and project management related areas.
Liz joined the Administration Team at PetroStrat in March 2011 to share the ever-increasing administrative workloads and to help maintain top quality clerical support to the company. Through in-house career development and after gaining much knowledge and experience, Liz moved to the post of Assistant Administrator in January 2013 and now fulfils an even wider range of essential duties, not least of which includes that of “travel agent”, although there is much more besides.
Jackie joined PetroStrat in June 2014 in the role of Finance Manager, bringing to the role a wide range of previous financial experience and knowledge and, more recently running her own credit control company. Since then, she has worked closely with the Directors and staff in developing robust and effective systems of financial management and control, introducing a wide range of new skills and initiatives to the company.
Golrokh gained an MA in Art History at Isfahan Art University in 2001 and a Ph.D. in Urban Studies at Liverpool University in 2010. Having gained a wide range of experience and knowledge, working in several companies across the region, she joined PetroStrat at the start of December 2013, a particularly busy time, and has become an integral member of our business support team. She provides a wide range of clerical skills, assists with the coordination of a range of training events, and is developing the role of Archivist.
Lilian joined PetroStrat in February 2015 and works closely with the Finance Manager, running the day to day input to the company accounts and purchase ledger.
Darren joined PetroStrat in October 2015 and provides a range of in-house service support.
